Bellinter House and Bathhouse, Meath
There are 34 bedrooms in Bellinter House. Each room is individually styled, and all include super large plasma screen TV's. Beds are extra-large, goose feather pillows and soft white linen. Furniture is handmade or vintage. Bathe in deep baths or sing in power showers.
The vaulted cellar is home to Eden Restaurant. The menus are seasonally based and produce is sourced locally wherever possible. The Drawing Room is the heart of the house and food is served here from 11am to 10pm. The Cellar is Bellinter's semi private dining room. Formerly a chapel, it is a unique space that can seat groups of up to 22 people for private lunches or dinners.
The Bellinter Bar with hand painted mural by David Godbold and an abundance of antlers, is open for drinks all day and serves tempting snacks 11am until 10pm.. There is also an excellent selection of cocktails, Irish and international whiskeys, aperitifs and digestifs.
